PRODUCT FUNCTION
This machine works in conjunction with a tractor and is mainly used for strip intercropping of soybeans and corn. It completes the processes of rotary tillage, fertilization, sowing, soil covering, and compaction in one go to produce product characteristics
1. The whole machine has a simple structure, is sturdy and durable, and has a stable sowing depth. It adopts an 8-mold box with low power consumption. It can meet the requirements of rotary tillage (soybean), fertilization, seeding, covering soil, compaction and other processes at once, and can harvest an additional 200 pounds of soybeans without affecting corn yield;
2. Soybeans use a spoon wheel seeder to avoid damage to the seed coat and effectively ensure germination rate; Corn adopts a finger clip precision seeder, with precise hole spacing, even distribution of seedlings, low competition, and full utilization of individual advantages, resulting in vigorous crop growth and high yield.
3. According to the agronomic characteristics of intercropping soybean and corn, soybeans are cultivated first and then planted, which is beneficial for seedling emergence and avoids machinery congestion. Corn is planted without tillage, which is beneficial for lodging resistance;
4. The main frame adopts 90 type high-strength rectangular tube, and the V-shaped clamp adopts precision cast steel parts, which have strong rigidity and more reliable performance.
5. The interior of the fertilizer box adopts a segmented design, and the fertilizer discharge part adopts multi-stage transmission, adjustment, and control. The adjustment and maintenance of the fertilizer applicator are simple and convenient, and it can be used to apply granular fertilizers in strips. It can simultaneously meet the needs of different types and amounts of fertilizers for corn and soybeans under intercropping mode.
6. The ground wheel adopts a single arm design, effectively avoiding entanglement and congestion. The transmission shafts of each row are connected as a whole for unified driving, with high transmission power. Even if one side of the ground wheel slips accidentally, it does not affect normal sowing. The sowing unit adopts a contour design, which can float up and down with the ground and achieve consistent sowing depth.
7. The same gearbox is used for sowing soybeans and corn, which can simultaneously meet the plant spacing of corn and soybeans. By changing the transmission ratio of the gearbox, the plant spacing of corn and soybeans can be adjusted conveniently and quickly.
